Stéphane Gigot

Stéphane Gigot has a strong background in supply chain management, with extensive experience in the beauty and luxury industries. Stéphane is currently serving as the Supply Chain Director at Chalhoub Group, where they oversee the enhancement and development of the supply chain strategy for managed companies. Prior to this, Stéphane worked as the Supply Chain Director for the Luxury Division at L'Oréal, managing various aspects of the supply chain including procurement, demand planning, customer care, and physical distribution. Stéphane also held roles as the Demand & Supply Planning Manager and Supply Chain Manager at L'Oréal, where they focused on optimizing stock parameters, managing distributors and retailers, and coordinating transportation and logistics. Stéphane began their career as a Supply Chain Coordinator at L'Oréal and also gained experience in industrial project management at Bombardier Transportation and as an assistant to the workshop manager at Snecma during their internship.

Stéphane Gigot obtained their Master 2 degree in Ingénierie généraliste from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master 2 degree in Manufacturing Management from Linköping University.
