Kailash Sanwal has held various software engineering roles since 2015. kailash began as an Associate Engineer at Virtusa, where they developed three internal Java web applications using JSP/Servlet, Bootstrap, jQuery-ajax and Oracle database. In 2016, they joined Chalk Digital as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on a Multilingual Campaign Management System. In 2019, they moved to Gravy Analytics - Real-World Location Intelligence as a Software Engineer. In 2020, they joined Sightly as a Software Engineer. In 2021, they moved to Vogel Privacy as a Back End Engineer. kailash is currently at Naenu as a Back End Developer, where they are managing frontend development in REACT, developing prototype versions for product APIs, and taking the product to maturity level.

Kailash Sanwal has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Kumaun University, obtained between 2008 and 2011. kailash then went on to obtain a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2012 and 2015. In 2017, they obtained a certification in MongoDB for Node.js Developers from MongoDB.
