Ken Southall

Ken Southall has over 20 years of experience in sales and business development. Ken began their career in 1999 as Senior Director of Sales for IAC, where they were charged with leading sales and growing the company from start-up to achieve scalable and consistent growth across 12 major online brands. Ken also served as Director of Sales for City Grid Media in the West Region, where they grew revenue and market share across the West Region, including Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. Ken also served as Director of Sales for Ticketmaster Inc. in the West Region, where they developed and executed strategies to take Ticketmaster start-up products to market. In 2010, Ken was appointed Vice President of Sales for the Western Region of LivingSocial, where they led the region from start-up phase to achieve exponential growth and increased quarterly net revenue from $3 million to $25 million in two years. In 2015, Ken served as Vice President of Sales for ChowNow, where they increased sales nearly 310% and generated $1 million in revenue. In 2016, Ken was appointed District Manager for the West Coast Region of Toast, Inc., where they managed and trained a 7-person sales team, increasing sales by 120% within 90 days. In 2017, Ken was appointed Regional Sales Director for Pandora, where they led a team of 5 direct reports managing agency and brand direct sales to national and regional accounts, overseeing a $35 million account portfolio. In 2019, Ken was appointed Regional Sales Manager for Digital First Media, where they led the development of a new Skyline business division focused on content management for 52 media properties and 1000s of clients nationwide. Finally, in 2021, Ken was appointed Vice President of Digital Channel Partners for CHALK Digital, where they developed and executed sales and business development strategies to grow the business from start-up stage to mid-sized business with $3M in annual revenue, growing the company 123% to-date.

Ken Southall holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Washington State University. Ken also holds certifications in Customer Focused Selling, Google AdWords, and Spin Selling.
