Brian Turbin

Brian Turbin is a seasoned Packaging Engineer with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently employed at Challenge Manufacturing since November 2024, Brian specializes in designing and implementing packaging processes to ensure timely and safe delivery of parts. Prior roles include Tooling Manager at Advance Packaging Corporation and Process Engineer at Pak-Rite Industries, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed the creation and monitoring of manufacturing equipment and processes. Previously, Brian served as a Packaging Engineer at Corvac Composites, LLC and held a managerial position at Gordon Food Service, focusing on team dynamics and customer service. Brian's career began with Volkswagen of America, Inc. as a Warranty Claims Processor, where quality assurance and claims evaluation were key duties. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Science from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University.
