Roger Chapman

Roger Chapman currently serves as the Director of Corporate Internal Audit at Challenge Manufacturing since December 2021, where Roger has also held roles as Senior Manager and Corporate Internal Audit Manager. Prior to this, Roger worked as a Senior Internal Auditor for FinServ Compliance at Crowe from March 2021 to December 2021. His experience includes serving as Assistant VP of FP&A at Subway Development of West Michigan, overseeing financial operations and analysis for a group of restaurants. Roger has a strong background in regulatory compliance consulting from his time as a Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP, focusing on financial institutions, as well as previous roles at Wells Fargo as an Operations Analyst and as a Legal Intern for Brett N. Rodgers. Roger's financial expertise began as a Financial Services Specialist at State Farm and a Financial Representative at Hantz Group. Academically, Roger holds a Juris Doctor degree in Business Transaction Law from Cooley Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Western Michigan University.
