Previously, Walt held various roles including Global Quality Director at Molex and Plant Quality Manager at TREMEC, demonstrating a consistent track record of leading quality initiatives and process improvements in automotive manufacturing. They earned a Master’s of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and an MBA from Oakland University, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
