Rachel Skiffer

Rachel Skiffer, J.D., was most recently the Head of School at Khan Lab School (KLS) in Silicon Valley, a mastery-based K-12 independent school founded by Sal Khan in 2014. She is the Head-Elect of Head-Royce School in Oakland. Prior to KLS, Rachel was the Dean of Policy & Strategic Planning at Phillips Academy (Andover, MA), and previously worked in admissions and financial aid at San Francisco University High School, the Latin School of Chicago, and Harvard College. Before discovering her passion for education, Rachel spent time as a management consultant and a commercial real estate attorney.
