Challenge trg Group offers multi-service logistics solutions, providing temporary staffing, haulage and traction, bespoke training programmes and crisis management teams to the logistics and warehouse sector. 

The group, which was founded in 2011, operates out of several UK sites and provides over 4,000 temporary drivers and industrial workers, making it one of the largest independent providers of HGV drivers and warehouse staff in the UK.

It comprises of seven divisions, each of which specialises in a different area:

-Challenge-trg Recruitment – provides skilled temporary workers to meet planned and urgent resource demands, whether it’s on the road or in the warehouse.

-Challenge Logistics – a comprehensive and transparent sub-contracting service, which is able to meet client demand by utilising Challenge Transport trucks, or our 4,000-strong temporary workforce to meet demand.

-Challenge Training – offers first-class CPC driver training, specific warehouse training which is focused, and tailored to meet the particular needs of the industry, resulting in a more skilled, motivated and loyal workforce.

-Phoenix Training Services – has been in operation since 1994, offering free and funded training through Government training initiatives.

The Operations Team at Challenge-trg Group is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day logistical and operational activities. This includes coordinating the deployment of temporary staffing solutions, managing transport and haulage operations, and ensuring efficient warehouse functionalities.
