Courtney Leverty

Courtney Leverty is a Senior Associate at Messner Reeves LLP since June 2023, with extensive legal experience that includes serving as a Lawyer at Tyson & Mendes from October 2022 to June 2023 and as a Deputy District Attorney for Washoe County from January 2014 to August 2022. Leverty has a strong background in pro bono work, having acted as a Pro Bono Attorney for both the State Bar of Nevada and the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. Leverty's earlier roles include Associate Attorney positions at Skane Wilcox LLP, Robertson & Associates LLP, and Wolfenzon Law Group, where key responsibilities involved legal research, drafting motions, and trial preparation.
