Caroline Leach

Caroline Leach is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, corporate communications, and digital branding. As the Founder of The Carrelle Company since 2018, Caroline offers consulting and coaching services focused on communication, executive presence, and personal branding. Currently serving as SVP of Corporate Communications at Albertsons Companies, Caroline oversees PR, media relations, and corporate philanthropy. Additionally, expertise is shared as a Lecturer of Communication at the University of Southern California, as well as a guest speaker and executive coach at UCLA Anderson School of Management. Caroline's background includes previous leadership roles at AT&T and DIRECTV, where strategic communications initiatives significantly enhanced corporate culture and employee engagement. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Communications Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA.
