Karla Monson

Karla Monson serves as the Vice President of Sales Enablement at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. since June 2024. Previously, Karla was a Senior Principal for Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Business Operations at Korn Ferry from December 2022 to February 2024, where impactful operational designs and sales strategies contributed to significant revenue growth for the Human Experience team. Prior to Korn Ferry, from May 2019 to October 2022, Karla held the role of Director of Sales Operations at KinderCare Education at Work, driving incremental revenue through B2B brand transformation. Karla's extensive career at Right Management spanned from April 2004 to May 2019, where roles included Director of Sales Project Management and various managerial positions that focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiencies across North America. Karla Monson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College from 1996 to 2000.
