Sharon Amos

Sharon Amos serves as a Senior Strategy Coach at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. since 2006, leveraging extensive experience in strategic coaching. Prior to this role, Sharon worked as a Benefits Enrollment Specialist on a contract assignment at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas in 2005, where education and healthcare management solutions were provided to Fortune 500 clients during the benefits election process. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Recruiter at The Hollins Group, Inc. from 2000 to 2002, where Sharon successfully recruited and interviewed candidates for senior management roles across various industries such as healthcare, education, financial services, and non-profit organizations. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
