Tavo (Octavio) Vega is an experienced Job Search & Career Transition Executive Coach at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. since 2020, providing tailored support to individuals in job transition through various communication methods. Previously, Tavo operated an independent business from 2018 to 2020, offering HR coaching and recruitment services. Prior experience includes serving as a Candidate Service Coordinator at Lee Hecht Harrison, where Tavo assisted candidates with their job searches, as well as a Customer Service Sales Specialist at Neiman Marcus Group, managing day-to-day operations in the Fine Jewelry & Men’s Department. Tavo also held the position of VP of Outplacement Business Development for Florida and Latin America at The Curtiss Group from 2006 to 2013, focusing on business development and Spanish-language transition services. Tavo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from CETYS Universidad and studied at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
