Vincent worked as a Certified Job Search Coach and Project Lead at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc., where they assisted downsized professionals in finding new job opportunities by providing them with job search strategies, coaching, and tools. Prior to that, Vincent was the Owner/Partner at V&C Converters, where they improved operational systems and oversaw financial management. Vincent also served as an Area Manager / Account Supervisor at Amazon, where they supervised the hiring, training, and management of temporary associates. Vincent's earlier experience includes working as a 3rd Shift Manager/Dispatcher at CWS Trucking, where they ensured productive use of company assets and assigned loads to drivers.
