Christine Billard, CHRP, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Challenger Motor Freight Inc since June 2014, Christine Billard collaborates with leadership to address business needs, oversees multiple HR functions, manages HR teams, and leads initiatives related to performance management and employee development. Previously, Christine held roles as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and HR Coordinator, where responsibilities included strategic HR consulting, employee data analysis, recruitment support, and management of employee benefits for over 2,000 staff. Prior work experience includes positions at Equitable Life, focusing on group administration and claims management. Christine holds a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Waterloo.
