James Tchegus

James Tchegus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intermodal logistics and sales management. Currently serving as the Director of Intermodal at Challenger Motor Freight Inc. since March 2017, James has led teams of sales executives while optimizing performance metrics. Prior roles include Senior Business Development Manager, where leadership and training of logistics sales executives were key responsibilities, and various positions at Canadian Pacific Railway from 2007 to 2017, where strategic management of automotive and oversized cargo portfolios resulted in significant cost savings and revenue growth.
