Katie Payne has extensive experience in sports management and coaching, currently serving as the Recruitment and Social Media Manager at Challenger Sports since November 2015, focusing on providing coaching opportunities in the USA, Canada, and China. In addition, Katie has held roles as a New Business Development Executive at Sport Skool and a Multi-Sports Coach and Referee at Hampshire FA, demonstrating versatility in various sports-related positions. Previous experience includes working as a 5-a-side League Coordinator at Goals Soccer Centres, Camp Leader at National Citizen Service, and coaching at the Westgate Leisure Centre. Katie’s career began as a Sales Assistant at Staples. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and Sports Coaching from the University of Chichester, complemented by earlier education at HSDC Havant & South Downs and Portchester Community School.
