Chin Tiong Seah

In 2001, he started InCall Systems, an Outsourced Business Service Provider which offers end-to-end integrated marketing solutions. He is responsible for the overall management and the daily operations of its database, call center, and direct marketing business. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from the Institute of Systems Science.
