Philip Skogsberg has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Philip started their career in the Swedish Armed Forces, serving as Infantry & Mounted Royal Guard for one year. During this time, they received training in close-quarter combat, guard service, VIP escorts, counter sabotage, and basic weapons handling. Philip also gained extensive horse riding experience and participated in ceremonial services as part of the Royal Guard Dragoons.

In 2013, Philip joined 3 Sverige as a Product Manager. Philip managed a suite of products, including the Data Top-ups portfolio and visual voice mail product 3Svar Smart, which generated millions of dollars in monthly revenue. Philip collaborated with cross-functional teams, such as IT, sales, and marketing, to increase revenue, launch new campaigns, and optimize personalized and monetized efforts across various products and services related to data sales and consumption. Philip's role ended in December 2015.

Alongside their work at 3 Sverige, Philip also worked at Hermods Yrkeshögskola as an Instructor in Digital Marketing from June 2014 to June 2015. Philip planned, prepared, and executed a comprehensive course in Digital Marketing, covering topics like online marketing, social media, search engine optimization, e-commerce, and internet fundamentals for vocational college students.

In 2014, Philip co-founded Challengermode, an esports operating system, where they served as the Head of Product & Marketing. Philip provided tournament organizers, game developers, and gamers with the infrastructure to create and participate in esports competitions. Their responsibilities included overseeing product development, marketing strategies, and building the company's presence in the esports industry. In September 2020, Philip took on the additional role of Chief Operating Officer at Challengermode.

Philip Skogsberg completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer and System Sciences from Stockholm University from 2008 to 2011. Philip then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach from 2011 to 2013.

In 2015, Philip attended the Berghs School of Communication to study Digital Communication and Marketing. Additionally, during the same year, they also completed coursework in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce through Coursera.

Philip Skogsberg obtained several certifications as well. In 2015, they obtained the "Foundations of E-Commerce" certification from Coursera. Later, in 2018, they completed the "Fall Retention + Engagement Deep Dive" certification from Reforge. Their most recent certification is the "Advanced Growth Strategy" obtained from Reforge in May 2020.
