Gennie Dearman

Having worked in the charity sector for over 17 years seeking funding for and developing life changing programmes for disadvantaged young people, Gennie Dearman is delighted to have joined Challengers in February 2022 as Chief Executive Officer. She believes that social inequality, disability nor disadvantage should prevent young people from reaching their full potential and the opportunity to lead a charity that promotes a world where all children and young people can play together, freely, resonates with my personal belief, lived experience and values.
