Laura Santana

Laura Santana has a diverse work experience in the field of web development and IT support. Laura started their career in 2008 as a Helpdesk and Technical Support specialist, providing assistance to staff and clients through phone and email. Laura then worked as a System and Database Administrator, performing maintenance and data analysis for a Help Desk Solution. In 2014, they worked as a Web Developer, involved in the maintenance and development of new features in a Help Desk System. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Webmaster at the University of Havana, managing web-related tasks. Laura also worked as a Front-end Developer at Mixed Business Group, where they converted PSD to HTML and created responsive websites using various technologies and frameworks. In 2016, they joined Ingenious Softworks as a Developer. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Nobly POS, specializing in frontend technologies. Laura then joined Sofdesk in 2018 as a Frontend Developer, using technologies such as React, JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML. Most recently, Laura is working at ChallengeU as a Team Lead and Product Owner.

Laura Santana completed their education from 2002 to 2006 at Instituto Politecnico de Informatica Aguado y Rico, where they obtained a degree in Computer Technician. From 2008 to 2015, they attended Instituto Superior Politecnico Jose Antonio Echeverria, earning an Engineer's Degree in Computer Software Engineering.
