Charlie Weiland

Charlie Weiland has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Charlie started their career at Ensco, Inc. in 1977 as a Vice President and worked there until 1988. Charlie then joined Carter Chambers, LLC as a Vice President from 1988 until 2000. In 2001, they became the President/CEO at Chalmers and Kubeck, where they were responsible for all functions including Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Finance. Charlie later transitioned into the role of Director of Corporate Development at the same company in 2018. Throughout their career, they have shown a passion for employee development and continuous improvement.

Charlie Weiland attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 1969 to 1973, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Charlie later pursued studies in Business Administration from 1975 to 1977 at the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
