Matt Kroll

Matthew Kroll is a seasoned professional in process improvement and operational effectiveness, currently serving as a Learning Organization and Process Improvement Technologies expert at Chalmers St. Consulting since August 2016. With extensive experience in Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies, Matthew specializes in identifying root causes of organizational challenges, implementing solutions that drive business performance, and fostering employee development. Prior roles include Director of Continuous Improvement at HERE and various positions at Motorola, where Matthew focused on quality management and strategic change initiatives. An adjunct faculty member at Northern Illinois University, Matthew has also played a pivotal role in developing Lean Six Sigma certification programs. Matthew holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
