Upashna Pradhan

Upashna Pradhan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as AVP - People at Chalo since October 2020. Prior to this role, Upashna held the position of Senior Manager Talent at Ajjas from August 2017 to September 2020 and served as Senior Manager - Talent and Manager - Talent at CarWale between February 2012 and July 2017. Upashna's early experience includes an internship at Convergys in June 2011. In terms of education, Upashna obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2012, following a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from St Joseph's College in 2009, and completed ISC at Loreto Convent, Darjeeling.
