Ahmad Al Laham

Ahmad Al Laham has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ahmad began their career at Commercial Bank of Kuwait in 1985 as a Senior Business Analyst and Assistant Manager, where they managed various projects and was involved in procedure development and policy writing. In 2005, they joined Boubyan Bank as an Executive Manager, where they acted as the Head of Operations group and also handled project management and system requirements. In 2011, they moved to Cham Bank as an Advisor to the Chairman, providing strategic consulting services and assisting in the bank's re-structuring. Ahmad eventually became the CEO of Cham Bank in January 2012. In the same year, they also worked at Commercial Bank of Kuwait as a Manager Operations.

Ahmad Al Laham's education history is as follows:

Ahmad attended Jareer school from 1969 to 1973, where they completed the 8th class. Ahmad then attended Abdulla Al Salem secondary school from 1973 to 1977, obtaining their high school diploma with a focus on Science.

In 1977, Ahmad enrolled at Damascus University, where they studied Mechanical Engineering for two years.

From 1985 to 1989, Ahmad attended Kuwait University, focusing on Programming.

In 1998, Ahmad studied at the Institute of Banking Studies, specializing in Banking.

In 2011, Ahmad pursued a Bachelor of Economic & Business Administration degree with a concentration in Business/Managerial Economics at EAIU, completing it in 2015.

In 2011, Ahmad also pursued an Executive Bachelor of Business Administration (EBBA) degree from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie, which they completed in 2013.

In 2017, Ahmad obtained a diploma in Diplomatic Skills & International Relations from the International Electronic University.

Furthermore, in the same year, Ahmad was awarded an honorary Ph.D. in Banking and Financial Support Services from Royal American University.
