Mohanad al Salti has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mohanad started their career in 2003 at Microsolutions as a Technical & IT support. In 2005, they became a Computer Teacher at the International Montessori School. In 2006, they joined Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi as a Network & Communication & ATM Supervisor, and later became the Network & Communication & ATM Manager. In 2017, they moved to QNB Group and served as an IT Manager before becoming the Head of ITD for QNB-Syria. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Information Technology at Cham Bank.
Mohanad al Salti pursued their education in Information Technology, earning a Bachelor's degree from the Syrian Virtual University (SVU) between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they attended the Cisco Academy, where they obtained a CCNA/CCNP certification in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.

تأسس بنك الشام بتاريخ 07 أيلول 2006، ويبلغ رأس ماله /9/ مليار ليرة سورية، ومدرج في سوق دمشق للأوراق المالية، كما يعتبر بنك الشام أوّل مصرف إسلامي سورية في سورية، وتخضع جميع عملياته وأنشطته لرقابة مصرف سورية المركزي ورقابة الهيئة الشرعية، ويملك بنك الشام شبكة من الفروع في (دمشق، ريف دمشق، درعا، حمص، حماه، حلب، اللاذقية، طرطوس)، وحصَل بنك الشام على شهادة الجودة العالمية (ISO-9001:2015)، وشهادة أمن المعلومات (ISO-27001:2013) كما حاز بنك الشام في عام 2016 على جائزة أفضل مصرف في سورية مقدّمة من مؤسسة (CPI) في دبي، وجائزة أفضل مصرف إسلامي في سورية لعام 2017 من مجلة (IFM) في لندن.
