James Devuyst has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Owner-Operator of The Fry Truck, a mobile kitchen selling fast food on street corners and local events. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Program Leader/Youth Advocate at the YMCA of Northern Utah. During this same time, they were also a Student Chairman - Conference Committee at Brigham Young University Hawaii. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Digital Marketing Manager at Atlas Innovation Group. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Web Master / Administrative Assistant at Chefs Corner Foods. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Digital Marketing Account Manager at MWI. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Product Manager at Atlas Talent Agency - CMU Practicum. Since 2019, they have been the President, Director of Operations, and CRO/UX Supervisor at Chamber.Media. As Director of Operations, James implemented Chamber Media's first CRM to ensure proper organization of lead flow and intake management. As CRO/UX Supervisor, they are responsible for ensuring the user journey from ad to purchase is as seamless and intuitive as possible. James reviews the purchase process for each partner and recommends updates to the user experience. For particularly complex partners, they conduct a UX audit which includes a heuristic analysis and results from user studies.
James Devuyst has an educational background that spans from 2010 to 2017. In 2010, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) from Weber State University in General Studies. From 2013 to 2014, they attended Brigham Young University-Hawaii and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management - Finance.
