Kathy Thibodeaux

Kathy Thibodeaux is currently a Board Member at the Chamber of Commerce Mountain View. Kathy has previously held positions at The Irvine Company, Intel Corporation, and Tri-County Apartment Association.

At The Irvine Company, Kathy served as Vice President of Property Management from January 2003 to December 2005. In this role, they led a team of 75 associates operating 3,000 luxury apartments. Kathy has experience with lease-ups and leasing at established properties, marketing, pricing, budgeting, maintenance and capital expenditures, and rehabs.

From July 1990 to December 1992, Kathy was the Public Affairs Manager at Intel Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for government and community relations for the world headquarters. Kathy led the effort to achieve city approval for a 550,000 square foot headquarters building and also led the local corporate philathropy program.

Kathy Thibodeaux was the CEO of Tri-County Apartment Association from 2000 to 2003. The Tri-County Apartment Association is an independent trade association with 3,400 members and $3.5 million in revenue. Kathy provided strategic leadership for a range of services and programs including government relations, industry education, trade shows, publications, etc. Kathy was also the primary public spokesperson for the rental housing industry in three bay area counties.
