Clémence Jaruga

Clémence Jaruga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in language education, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as Directrice of Programmes de francisation at Chambre de commerce du Montréal métropolitain since February 2019, Clémence leads efforts in fostering French language skills among businesses. Previous roles include Cheffe and Conseillère in Talents et diversité, where Clémence focused on creating inclusive workplaces and supporting underrepresented groups. Clémence also has a solid background in teaching French, having worked with various educational institutions, including the Commission scolaire Marie-Victorin and the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse. With numerous certifications and a Master's degree in modern literature from Université d'Artois, Clémence is dedicated to promoting language acquisition, integration, and diversity within educational and professional settings.
