Jessica Bouchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs and economic strategies, currently serving as Vice-President of Public Affairs and Economic Initiatives at Chambre de commerce du Montreal métropolitain since September 2016. Bouchard leads a team of 20 professionals, focusing on economic analysis, public affairs, and the CONVERTGENCE initiative. Prior to this role, Bouchard held positions such as Senior Director of Content Strategy and Director of Economic Affairs, where responsibilities included developing revitalization initiatives for downtown areas and producing action plans for economic priorities. Experience also includes roles at IDU Québec, where economic analyses and public positioning were key, and at the Centre d'expertise en évaluation, conducting economic impact studies. Bouchard's academic qualifications include a Master’s in Public Affairs from Université Laval and another Master's from Université libre de Bruxelles, alongside a Bachelor's from Université Laval.
