Todd O'Boyle

Todd O'Boyle currently serves as the Vice President of Technology Policy at the Chamber of Progress, where leadership focuses on tech policy within a left-of-center coalition. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Public Policy at Twitter, Director of Government Relations and Transportation/Data Partnerships at Lime, and Program Director for the Media and Democracy Reform Initiative at Common Cause. Todd also held positions as Deputy Director at Next Century Cities, Program Assistant at the New America Foundation Open Technology Institute, Research Assistant at the University of Delaware Institute for Public Administration, and a Fellow with the Robert Bosch Foundation in Germany. Academic credentials encompass a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Delaware, a Master of Social Work in Social Welfare Policy from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in German Studies and Psychology from Guilford College.
