Siva Kumar

Siva Kumar is a highly experienced professional in the fields of clinical lab operations, education, and biosciences. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Lab Operations at Radiance Diagnostics since May 2020, Siva also contributes as a Visiting Professor III at Chamberlain College of Nursing, teaching Fundamentals of Microbiology with Lab. As the Founder, President, and Chief Scientist of Radiance Biosciences & Consultancy, Siva oversees business operations and strategic planning. Previous roles include Medium Complexity Lab Director at University Lab Corp, Chair of the Chicago Section for the American Association for Clinical Chemistry, and various adjunct professor positions at colleges and universities. Siva's academic background includes a PhD in Laboratory Medicine from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and advanced degrees in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Madras.
