Jack Li

Jack Li graduated from the Australian National University Law School in 2017 and received his LL.M at the University of Dayton School of Law 2020. He has represented corporate entities in cross-border, and domestic merger and acquisition deals on the buy and sells side. He has represented clients in manufacturing, textile, and technology transactions including licensing and SaaS, healthcare, commercial real estate, as well as corporate restructuring.
