Federico Fancelli

Federico Fancelli is an experienced professional currently serving as EMEA Research Manager and Chair of the LGBT+ Committee for INSPIRE Team at Chambers and Partners since January 2022, managing a team of LGBT+ Ambassadors and focusing on content production, fundraising, and events to advocate for LGBT+ rights in the legal sector. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Research Analyst, Senior Research Analyst, and Research Analyst, where Federico researched legal markets across Europe, the Middle East, the USA, Canada, and South Africa while conducting interviews and analyzing data for ranking decisions. Previously, Federico worked as a Communication Intern and Writer at the ECIT Foundation, producing articles to enhance awareness of EU citizenship issues, as well as teaching languages at Verbalplanet and Escola Gavà mar. Federico's educational background includes a Master's degree in European Politics and Policy from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Bologna, enhancing expertise in political representation and communication.
