Jessica Pinheiro is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in legal research, mentorship, and social work. Currently serving as a Principal Research Analyst at Chambers and Partners since May 2022, Jessica conducts comprehensive legal research and contributes to the INSPIRE Committee as a Cultural Inclusion Ambassador. Jessica also founded Pontes Mentorship, a program dedicated to assisting aspiring students and workers, particularly Brazilians with limited financial means, in their professional journeys abroad. Previous roles include a Senior Research Analyst at X23 - The Innovation Bakery and various positions within the social work field. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Human Rights and International Politics from the University of Glasgow and multiple academic credentials related to education and social policy.
