José Ignacio Maritano González is an experienced research manager currently working at Chambers and Partners since February 2021. In addition, José holds the position of associate researcher at Centro de Estudios del Desarrollo, focusing on economic development models and institutional innovation. Previous roles include research assistant at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, intern at the London Borough of Camden, and co-founder and former president of Fundación Nosotros Ciudadanos NGO. José has also lectured on public policy at Universidad Andres Bello and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, served as a policy officer in the Chilean Ministry of Interior, and coordinated the legislative area for Centro Democracia y Comunidad. José holds multiple degrees in public administration, public policy, administrative law, and law from institutions such as UCL and The London School of Economics.
