Mario Serna has extensive experience in management and marketing, currently serving as Products and Advertising Manager at Chambers and Partners since January 2010, where responsibilities include supporting strategic sales campaigns and managing content delivery. Previously held roles at the same organization include Advertising Manager, Cultural Inclusion Ambassador, and Profiles Manager, overseeing revenue generation and team leadership. Prior to Chambers and Partners, Mario served as Project Manager at FONADE, managing operations for developmental projects, and as a Consultant for GTZ, where responsibilities included designing marketing strategies for Latin America. Mario holds an Executive Education in Digital Marketing Strategies from Northwestern University and advanced degrees in Business from Saint Joseph's University and Universidad de La Sabana.
