Matthew Smith

Matthew Smith currently serves as a Research Manager at Chambers and Partners, having previously worked as a Research Analyst in the same organization and at KPMG UK. At KPMG, responsibilities included researching and compiling due diligence background reports for Chinese organizations. Matthew has experience in education, having taught Mandarin at Harris Academy Beckenham, where a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status were earned. Prior experience includes teaching English at Shenyang Aerospace University and serving as a Mortgage Administrator and Trainer at HSBC. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Literature in Chinese Language from Liaoning University and a PGCE in Secondary Chinese from Kingston University.
