Mercedes Velazquez

Mercedes Velazquez has extensive experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as Lead Customer Service Representative and previously as a Bank Teller at Chambers Bank since January 2022. Prior to this, Mercedes held positions at Pizza Hut as Shift Lead and Cook from February 2021 to February 2022, and worked as a Custodian for Russellville School District from June 2019 to January 2021. Additional experience includes working as a Sales Associate at TJ Maxx from October 2017 to January 2021 and as a Waitress at Pizza Hut from March 2016 to March 2018. Mercedes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, as well as an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management, both earned from Arkansas Tech University, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies.
