Brian Miller

Brian Miller has a diverse work experience that includes roles in communications, marketing, church starting, and creative arts. Brian has worked as a Communications & Marketing Director for Chambersburg Area School District since 2017, where they develop and implements marketing and communication programs. Prior to this, they were part of a residency program at Orchard Group NYC from 2016 to 2017, where they learned about leading a church in New York City. Brian also worked part-time at a non-profit coffee shop and assisted with Sunday morning services. Before that, they held various roles at Chambersburg First Church of God, including Production Manager and Director of Creative Arts. In these roles, they were responsible for media production, art direction, video editing, graphic design, and website management.

Brian Miller received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2015. Brian also studied Cross Cultural Studies at Toccoa Falls College from 2004 to 2005, although they did not obtain a degree. In addition, Brian has obtained various certifications, including the HubSpot Social Media Marketing Certification from HubSpot in December 2023, as well as certifications in Incident Command System Awareness, Public Information Officer Awareness, and Social Media in Emergency Management from FEMA.
