Makenzie Ocker

Makenzie Ocker is an experienced Fitness & Wellness Teacher currently serving at Chambersburg Area Senior High School since August 2021, following a tenure as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Waynesboro Area Senior High School from October 2020 to August 2021. Prior to entering the education sector, Makenzie worked as a Recruiter at Aerotek from October 2018 to October 2019, adeptly partnering with companies to address staffing needs and conducting various employment screening processes. Additionally, Makenzie has a background as a Fitness Instructor at THE MAX Challenge from December 2016 to October 2018. Academically, Makenzie holds a Master of Education in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Wilson College and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
