Winnie Wan is a board member at Chameleon Biosciences and a veteran in the biotech industry. Winnie has over 25 years of experience in developing and commercializing innovative technologies in the life sciences.
Ms. Wan has served as CEO and/or founder of several companies, including BEING BioPharma, Bell Biosystems, Inhalon Biopharma, Kryptos Biotechnologies, and OncoHealth Corp. Winnie was also a board director and advisor at Nanotech Biomachines, Inc., where they helped develop breakthrough biosystems for drug discovery. Prior to their work in the private sector, Ms. Wan was a faculty member at Santa Clara University.
Ms. Wan is a passionate advocate for the advancement of women in STEM fields. Winnie is a founding member of Life Science Angels, an angel investment group that funds early-stage life science companies, and they also serve on the board of directors for Chameleon Biosciences, Inc.
Winnie Wan has a PhD in Biochemistry from Yale University, a BA in Chemistry from Skidmore College, and an MBA in Business Management from Columbia Business School.
