Miles is a passionate brand builder, growth marketer and storyteller.

With over 20 years of e-Commerce and SaaS experience at startups and public companies, Miles has successfully built and scaled marketing organizations to support rapid growth and international expansion and was part of the executive team which led Shutterstock’s successful IPO in 2012.

As CMO, Miles has built and managed teams responsible for brand strategy, product marketing, demand generation, and communications. At Shutterstock, Miles built a marketing organization to support a global business and accelerated revenue growth with a test and learn mentality based upon Agile Marketing principles. During his stints at Movable Ink and JW Player, Miles supported rapidly growing B2B SaaS sales organizations by implementing a “One Team” approach to align sales and marketing for strategic account planning and Account Based Marketing programs.

At Chameleon Collective, Miles has supported B2B SaaS clients with a focus on providing interim leadership and a clear Go To Market strategy. Miles is a creative, decisive team leader who instills a culture of accountability and excellence in team members.
