Zoe Mol is a seasoned marketing and customer experience professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Consultant and interim leader at Chameleon Collective, Zoe focuses on driving transformation in branding, marketing, experience, commerce, and sales. As the Managing Partner at The Mol Consultancy Ltd, Zoe provides strategic marketing and customer experience services to corporate clients. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Marketing at S&P Global, where Zoe led a team in developing global marketing strategies, and Senior Director positions at both Symantec and McAfee, focusing on customer experience and marketing operations. Zoe holds a Diploma of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy and has successfully managed marketing initiatives in EMEA for over two decades.
