Alyssa Evers

Alyssa Evers has a solid background in software engineering and computer science. Alyssa worked as a Computer Scientist at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division from April 2017 to January 2020. Following that, they joined Insight Global as a Junior Software Developer from January 2020 to January 2022, where they focused on developing PaaS architecture and writing Java-based user applications for Kubernetes management. Alyssa then transitioned to Lockheed Martin as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2022 to May 2023. In this role, they developed C/C++ signal processing applications and migrated older software to containerized cloud applications. Currently, Alyssa is working at Chameleon Consulting Group LLC as a Principal Software Engineer, starting from May 2023.

Alyssa Evers earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Northern Virginia Community College from 2011 to 2013. Alyssa then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from George Mason University, which they completed from 2013 to 2016.
