Jarrett P. has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Jarrett started their career as a Summer Assistant at Prince William County Schools in 2006 and later worked as a Network Assistant at Associated Builders and Contractors. In 2009, they joined General Dynamics Information Technology as an Associate Network Engineer, where they deployed and tested Triple Play solutions and utilized IBM Blade Center E-Chassis for testing. In 2010, they became a Network Engineer at General Dynamics Information Technology, participating in the Systems Development Life Cycle for Enterprise Class MPLS network and leading the system design for Data Center Transport networks.
In 2012, Jarrett joined both IBM and ManTech International Corporation. At IBM, they worked as an Enterprise Infrastructure Architect, redesigning office networks, deploying Linux servers, and collaborating with developers. At ManTech International Corporation, they held the positions of Senior CNO Systems/Network Engineer and Principal CNO Systems/Network Engineer, specializing in cyber network operations.
Most recently, Jarrett served as a Senior Principal DevOps Engineer and the Director of DevOps at Chameleon Consulting Group LLC, where they applied their expertise in DevOps to lead and oversee development operations.
Jarrett P. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from George Mason University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2016, CCNP from Cisco in 2011, JNCIA from Juniper in 2011, ITIL V3 Foundations from EXIN in 2010, CCNA from Cisco in 2009, Network+ from CompTIA in 2009, Security+ from CompTIA in 2009, and A+ from CompTIA in 2004.
