Fabio Cendão

Fabio Cendão is a Partner and Head of NFT and Metaverse at Faria, Campos Vieira, Cendão & Maia Advogados, where the focus is on Tech Venture Law. As the Founder and CEO of the law firm, Fabio Cendão has also established NFTerms, a platform dedicated to creating intellectual property licenses and agreements for NFTs. In addition, Fabio Cendão serves as a Partner at Legalhack, working on Legal Design and Visual Law projects. Active in professional associations, Fabio Cendão is a member of the Comissão Empresarial at ABA - Associação Brasileira de Advogados and the Comissão Sobre os Aspectos Jurídicos do Empreendedorismo e das Startups at OAB/RJ. Academic contributions include teaching "NFTs e Metalaw" and "Novas perspectivas do Direito: Direito Digital" at Universidade de Fortaleza - UNIFOR. Fabio Cendão has made investments in several ventures, including Novah!, Purifica, Chameleon Sun, and Solo Snacks. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. candidate in Intellectual Property and Innovation, along with multiple degrees in Law and Business Management from prestigious institutions.
