Scott Schroeder

Scott Schroeder is a seasoned academic and administrative leader with extensive experience in higher education management. Currently serving as Professor of Management in Residence and Dean of the School of Business & Communication at Chaminade University of Honolulu since August 2010, Scott oversees degree programs, faculty, student support, and industry relations in business. Scott's academic roles also include positions at Claremont Graduate University and Sacred Hearts Academy, where Scott serves as President until June 2024. Previously, Scott held the role of Dean of Academic Affairs at Bainbridge Graduate Institute, focusing on maintaining the institution's national ranking in sustainability education, and served as Dean and Professor of Management at Chaminade University and Chair of Graduate Management Programs at Antioch University Los Angeles. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Management and Psychology from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Arizona State University, post-doctoral fellowship training in University Leadership from Harvard University, and a BA in English from Santa Clara University.
