Tracie Ann Tam Tjapkes

Tracie Ann Tam Tjapkes is an accomplished leader in organizational resiliency and well-being, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Resiliency at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine since August 2023. With extensive experience as a Well-Being and Performance Coach and Consultant at Growing People LLC since 2009, Tracie has worked closely with executive programs and community health initiatives. Additionally, Tracie holds an Adjunct Professor position at Chaminade University of Honolulu, teaching community health skills while fostering relationships with local organizations. Previous roles include Well-Being Director at Adventist Health, where Tracie supported over 1,100 employees, and consulting at various health-focused organizations. Tracie's educational background includes a Master's in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's of Fine Arts from UC Irvine.
