Norah S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Norah began their career at the Riverside County Department of Public Health, where they held various roles and programs, including serving as a Team Lead for the Immunization Program. Norah then joined the Ontario March of Dimes as a Rehabilitation Consultant, responsible for intake and case management of workers with disabilities.

In 2009, Norah joined Champ Software, Inc. as a Training and Implementation Coordinator. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Training and Implementation Manager and is currently the Director of Customer Experience. Their responsibilities at Champ Software include developing training curriculum, writing expert articles, and holding webinars with public health and home health agencies across the United States.

Additionally, Norah served as the President of the Nipissing Parry Sound Foster Parent Association from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they provided leadership and acted as a liaison with the Children's Aid Society.
